visio drawing control scroll

Hi,

I am using visio drawing control (visio 2003 professional) for editing
and displaying a flow in an application. When the flow is large,
scrolling the control's scroll bar is not smooth. The screen gets
blurred due to slow painting. Am I doing something wrong ?
