How to show field structure on my ER database diagram

hi all,

I creating a database flow using Entity Relationship shape diagram.
My problem is, how to get my field structure show on my databse digram.
Currently, I can see only Primary ID and Field Name WITHOUT field strcuture
[example : Character(10) ].

Anyone know w/r I can do that in Ms. visio ?
I am using ms visio professional 2003.
