I saw that you said that 2002 was ver 10.

But, my copy EA 2003 is 10.0.x
And, the deptmntl copy, for which we don't have a year, is also 10.0.x

But, the EA copy cannot read a dept copy, chart.

Do you know why?
You are saying they are the same version.
