It's not clear whether you are opening the DWG file or inserting the CAD
drawing into an existing Visio diagram. If you open the DWG file directly,
Visio should try to scale it to fit the page. If you insert the CAD
drawing, you need to choose an appropriate scale and measurement system in
the CAD properties dialog.

I'm trying to import a DWG file into Visio that was produced by Punch
Software's AS4000 program. The file is viewable by Brava's free DWG
viewer
program.
When I insert the file into Visio 2007, the result is a tiny "blob" in the
SW corner of the page. If I double-click on this blob, Visio brings up
the
CAD drawing properties page.
There are no error messages issued by Visio, and nothing in the event log
either.
Please help.
