Have you saved a copy of the temporary file?
Do you have any code running when the document opens?
I can try to open your file on my Visio 2007 system, if you like, but it may not work.

I am working on a Visio file (Visio 2003 professional, English) in almost 1
year.
This is a file about 6 Mb which I have worked on more than hundred hours,
maybe thousands!!
I have now a huge problem! The problem is that I can simply not open the
file!!
When I try to open that I just get the message:
--------
“An error (1) occurred during the action Open File. Unexpected end of file.”
--------
In the map that I have saved the file in, I also see that the temporary file
(~$$“SameName”.~vsd) file that you get during working with Visio is yet rest!
And when I mark my Visio file, Windows XP also shows a thumb picture of the
files content in “details-panel” in the left side but I can yet not open that.
It has just ended to work by itself!!
Right now I have been so terribly mad so I just crying and tear my hair . . .
PLEASE!! HELP ME and advise me how I can open/recover this file . . . .
Many thanks!
Best regards,
/Baranoush
