Hi,

Probably you have Adobe Professional installed on your system.

Rename the Pdfmvisio.vsl or move the Pdfmvisio.vsl file to a different
folder on the hard disk. The Pdfmvisio.vsl is the file for the Adobe
PDFMaker add-in. To do this, follow these steps.

Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following
steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product
documentation to complete these steps.
Quit Visio.
Click Start, and then click Search.
Click All files and folders. In the All or part of the file name box, type
pdfmvisio.vsl , and then click Search.

Note In a default installation of Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0, the
Pdfmvisio.vsl file is located in the following folder on the hard disk:
Drive :\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\PDFMaker\Office

Use one of the following methods:
Rename the Pdfmvisio.vsl file to Pdfmvisio.vsl_old. To do this, right-click
Pdfmvisio.vsl, and then type Pdfmvisio.vsl_old.
Move the Pdfmvisio.vsl file to another folder on the hard disk. For
example, move the Pdfmvisio.vsl file to the My Documents folder.
Start Visio.

If you receive the following error message, click OK:
Unable to load Adobe Acrobat add-in
Note To prevent this error message from appearing on the screen when you
start Visio, reinstall Visio. To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.
In the list of currently-installed programs, click Microsoft Visio, and
then click Change.
Use one of the following methods, depending on the version of Visio that
you are running:
If you are running Visio 2003, click Reinstall or Repair, click Reinstall
Visio, and then click Install.
If you are running Visio 2002, click Repair - Restore to original
installation state, and then click Next.
Click OK when you receive the message that states that the operation
completed successfully.

Hope this helps.

Thanks you
Damodar
