GUI modeling-can you help me?

I found a reference to a Windows XP UI template, but I
can't figure out where to get it. Maybe it's in the
professional version? I only have the standard.

For an extra tease, go and download the sample diagrams
document (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=716C617E-4F9C-4829-800A-
F274B5BE8A1E&displaylang=en) and look at the WinUI.vsd
document. This template would make my life sooo much
easier!!!
