Lost Activity Diagrams but still have Activity Models!

Somehow, I've managed to lose all of my activity diagrams! I've stil got all
the Activity Models, and they seem to have the right elements in them, with
the right properties. I can create a new Activity Diagram (and model).

But is there some way to move or copy the elements from the old Activity
Models into a new Activity Diagram?

Or is there any other way to salvage my work?

This is with VEA (10.0.2705).
