I suggest that you ensure that someone has not accidently unticked Visible for a layer under View / Layers.

I checked with out IT guys. It is a brand new printer we just installed and
the print drivers are all up to date.

they could detect nothing wrong with the video card and the driver for it is
the most current.

I have much more complicated pages than these which are failing and those
all come out fine.

Still stuck.

This may seem like a simplistic answer, but the first step is to
verify that your video display drivers and printer drivers are up to
date. These can affect the display of elements in Visio both in
drawing and print preview mode.
