Visio can view or convert AutoCAD drawings saved in the AutoCAD 2000 file
format or earlier. Also you should make sure the files from AutoCAD are
saved with the full extents in view (do a Zoom > Extents). Otherwise Visio
2002 will only display part of the drawing.

I am sending both .dfx and .dwg files to a client in effort to enable him
to
view the drawings I have made. They have the 2002 proffessional platform
on
their system. Please share if the files can be imported and view on their
Visio Software.
