trying to rotate a site plan, but can't get it just right

Hi,
I've drawn all the property lines of a rather difficult lot (no
parallel lines, no right angles) and would like to temporarily rotate
the entire lot such that one of the property lines is perpendicular on
my drawing page. This will simplify drawing the house and landscape
plans since the house parallels this one prop. line. After the drawing
is complete, I'd like to then rotate it back to its current position so
North is up. I cannot figure out how to accomplish this, as trying to
rotate the entire lot via the rotation handle does not allow me to get
it exactly perpendicular and changing the angle of that prop. line
throws everything out of whack.
