Exporting in image format

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a A4 visio page that I want to export in an image format to be sen on a web page.
I'm exporting it in two version one in 500x300 pixels and one in 1000*600 pixels.
I have tried different formats like jpg, tif and gif.
For the small size it looks fine but for the large size the texts looks like a liitle bit shadowed.

How can I solve that ?
Thanks
