resizing UML component

Dear all,
I am using MS VISIO 2003 for creating software designing. in UML
Component diagram I could not change the component size manually. If I
write some text, component resizes it automatically. I have tried
removing protection [context menu->format->protection]. But still it
does not allow resigning.
Could you guys show me a way how to do it?
