Problems opening Visio 2000 files in Visio 2003

Our company has recently upgraded to Visio 2003, we have had several users
reporting to the IT Servicedesk that their Visio 2000 files are imported
correctly into Visio 2003. The following has been reported:

When printing :
-issue date and page numbering not printed
-header/footer not printed
Flow chart lines not correct anymore, layout not correct.

Since we as first-line helpdesk are not avid users of this program, we have
no clue on how to solve this and our superiors have asked us to look out for
more info on the web.
