Visio2003 Pro - what means "Windows XP User Interface" feature ?

I want to buy a Visio2003 and am reading the Standard vs. Pro version
differences.
At one point, for Pro version, one item says "Windows XP User
Interface". Does that mean that the Visio itself has a Windows XP UI, or
that it can build Windows XP UI-like graphics ?
