Hi Steve,
You might have it after all, it just looks different.
In VS2005, when you're in "New Project", look for "Other Project Types".
There should be an "Extensibility" tree node. Click this and choose "Shared
add-in". This is what you're looking for.

I just dloaded and installed the Visio 2003 SDK but I dont get the new
project options in VS.NET 2005. I know that the SDK was intended for
VS.NET 2003 but was hoping it would be compatible with VS.NET 2005 as
well. Has anyone found a way for the SDK to work with the latest VS?
My requirement is to build an add-on for Visio 2003 and I would like to
avoid installing VS.NET 2003 if I can.
Any help greatly appreciated
Steve
