How can I get customized toolbars to apply to all Visio drawings?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I like to customize my toolbars in Visio and move them around to fit my style.

How can I get those changes to apply to all drawings I open....not just the
one I might have remembered to "attach" it to?

Any suggestions?!
