This newsgroup works but is typically used for programming questions. The
microsoft.public.visio.general group is a good choice for standard usage
questions.
The stencils that come with Visio 2003 cannot be modified. You can right
click on the Process master shape and choose Add to My Shapes to make a
customizable copy of the shape. You can access your My Shapes stencils
under File > Shapes > My Shapes.
I believe the only way to make Metric content disappear is to go to Add /
Remove Programs and customize your Visio installation to remove the Metric
content.
