But do you have any idea about the accuracy of the Multimedia timers.
And also is there 'atleast' a possibility to achieve a delay in milliseconds
if not very accurate.

Forget it. If you meant 'at least', you could do that with any OS, but for
such precise timing requirements you need much better control that a
non-realtime, preemptive OS allows you.
