STL support for 64 bit applications

Hi Guys,
I am pretty new to STL.

Does SGI/Boost/STLPort STLs support 64 bit applications ?
Does any STL support Binary Tree, BTree and Other Tree Containers ?

I could not find these information on net. I would like to confirm
before i proceed anything in my project. Any references would be of
great help.
