Help! rc cannot open again

Hello NG,

in my project I cannot open the resource file any more. MSVC 7 says, the
file is opened by an other editor. But I have not opened it anywhere.
If I open the rc file in a normal editor, everything looks fine.

When I opened the project before, the developer said, there is a ID missing.
The developer wanted to show the rc file in "edit mode", but instead of
opening the file textually, the project loaded. But the resource view not
displays now.

Do you know why? How can I fix it?
