I have no idea about the crashing, my test (a managed button on a CEditView)
prints fine using WM_PRINT.

I am sorry for bringing you any inconvenience. I have not had a chance to
test why the managed control could not be visible since the PrintPreview
crashed even if there was a simple CRichEditView. I think that this may
also affect printing your managed control. Now I am consulting the product
team to see if this is a product issue. I will let you know the response
