If drwtsn32.exe is there, then it should only require making a change in the Registry to
cause it to be invoked.
Have you been running under the debugger?

You're right DrWtsn32.exe is gone. However, DrWatson.exe is in
c:\windows\system32. If you start this, do you get a DrWtsn32.log file?
Have you tried remote debugging using the IDE debugger? It's fabulous.
