If you want to get professional people, I suggest posting in a professional fashion.
Cutesy abbreviations like 'u' for 'you' only demonstrate that someone should run screaming
as fast as possible from such a position. Also, why are you posting Java jobs on an MFC
newsgroup?

Programming - Core Java and J2EE technologies (JSP and Servlets),
Junit testing frameworks, Scripting in languages like PERL, Database
programming (SQL, PLSQL, JDBC)
Development under environments like Eclipse/JBuilder on Unix/Linux
platforms
Design/support of high performance client/server applications over
internet
Code coverage and optimization tools like Optimize it.
Internet protocols for email and web-based applications.
Object-Oriented analysis & design; experience with formal
methodologies like UML
Good communication skills; competent to work with teams across
multiple locations
Demonstrated ability of leading a team and motivating them to higher
levels of performance
Should have experience in managing independently projects/sub-systems
from start to finish (requirements formulation to deployment &

Experience: 4 - 6.5 years
