class diagram from a .sln

Hi,

I have a very old vc++ .sln solution with some 6 projects.
All are MFC VC++ projects.

Is there any way I can get a bare simple class diagram or state diagram
out of it.
Are there any first hand or 3rd party tools available.

Suggest.
