No, Russian Windows uses cp 1251 (Cyrillic).Oups! Right! And Romanian (mine)!
CP 1250 is used for "Latin 2: Eastern Europe" - for such languages as
Hungarian, Polish, Czech, ...
My only excuse: it was 1:30 at night, after a 14 hours working day :-)
