Both the Ultimate Toolbox (http://www.theultimatetoolbox.com/) and Xtreme
Toolkit (http://www.codejock.com) have great examples of doing a Visual
Studio like interface completely. Both libraries cost $$$, but they are
either worth the money in my opinion. This kind of thing takes a ton of
time to program yourself.
