I'm pretty sure we are doing something different. Can you perhaps send a

I imported another one but I wrote "color" for the resource type and this
one let me change the ID.
It just creates a folder name "color" with the quotes included, then puts
the resource IDR_COLOR1 with no quotes. I can then add quotes to IDR_COLOR1.
This gives what I'm looking for but I wanted it under Data folder.
