Other imho good books about MFC not mentioned so far:
Richard M. Jones: Introduction to MFC Programming with Visual
C++; Prentice Hall PTR 2000.
Steve Holzner: Fast Track Visual C++ 6.0 Programming; Wiley &
Sons 1998.
Helmut Erlenkötter: C++ - Objektorientiertes Programmieren für
Windows; Rowohlt 2001. (german, introductory)
Greets Chiap
Btw: Does anybody know some of the other books from the Prentice
Hall Series, so as:
Brain, Lovette: Developping Professional Applications for
Windows 98 and NT Using MFC
or
Murray, Pappas: MFC Programming in C++ with the Standard
Template Libraries
or
Oberg: Understanding and Programming COM+
?
Comments appreciated.
