Take a look over at the microsoft.public.netspeechsdk news group.
You will find several "options" but I don't think VOIP or H323 or SIP are
currently amongst the options.
They seem to be specifically restricted to a set of Intel / ex Dialogic
hardware that is WHQL'd at the moment.
