I don't expect to see C++0x featues on my workstation any earlier
than 2012. Most likely it will be around the end of 2012 or even
later. I attended MSFT seminar about a half of a year ago where
Jonathan Caves (one of VC++ guys and the C++ Standards Committee
member) outlined some of the future C++0x features and the
timeline. You can download his presentation here (timeline is on
slide 21):

He added that actual times most likely will be even longer, since
there still is a big number of unresolved items.
