Determining ram in use CPU utilization

Hello,

I am looking to do some logging (for historical purposes) in an
application I am writing. The data I wish to log is along the lines
of the amount of memory my executable (in this case a windows service)
is taking up. I would also like to try to get a feel for the current
CPU utilization of my application. Also, if it were possible to get
specs such as CPU type/manufacturer/speed/etc and RAM amounts/speed/
manufacturer that would be great also. Can anyone point me in the
right direction? It is going to be in unmanaged c++. If there are no
built in functions (Visual Studio 2005) does anyone have any leads on
3rd party libraries that would do what I am looking for?

Thanks,

NoShowFtT.
