[OT] Some open-source header files

Dear guys,
I've downloaded some code snippets from the internet.
I'd like to know which compiler they belong to?
They are called
Linklist.h
General.h

Thought they were borland c++ builder, but not right.

Have been searching the net.... still had no clue
So please help
Thanks
Jack
