Using VS2005/C++, how to create a function call (directed) graph or cross ref. table

It would be nice if the scope is adjustable to a single file or an entire project and
and filtering should allow to include/exclude class objects' methods, etc.

Am I missing something understanding that such a fundamental service is
not available in VS2005+SP1?

Anybody knows if it is by chance available in VS2008 ("Orcas")?

Does anybody know about an add-in (for VS2005) or completely stand
alone executable by third parties that does the job?

Thanks in advance,
David
