Yes, but when a Linux bug annoys you sufficiently, you can go chase it down
yourself. You don't have to throw your hands up in despair and wait for a
quickfix that might never come.

Common? No. Simple? No. But "uncommon" and "not simple" are both a far
cry from "impossible".
