Problem on Windows security

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi

I recently encountered a problem with my program that is installed on a
Windows XP PC.
The program is actually running in the background, pooling data from a
device and write the data to an Access database.
However, the program has problem writing data to the database.
The windows XP PC is logon to a window domain and the logon user has
Administrator rights.

When I tested the program on a workgroup PC, I did not encounter this
problem.

Does anyone know what's went wrong?

Appreciate your help.
