It's a project I got from someone else. I suspect a clean test project would
work as it has for another poster here.
It wouldn't take 10 minutes to check if it does or not.
If the problem persists with a test project it then points to an
installation/configuration quirk - which is why I queried if another
clean machine installation would have the problem.
I've
reported it to Microsoft support but not heard anything back yet.
Let us know what the outcome is when/if you do.
