Not necessarily: the user may turn it off. Control Panel | Sounds and
Audio Devices | Sounds.

Which would these be? The user is free to configure any sound, or no
sound, for any event.
What are you really trying to achieve? Describe the problem, not a
proposed solution.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
