How to get input desktop from a windoe service.

Hi All,
I'm writing a service application using Alaska xBase++.
I need to run other xBase GUI applications from the service.
My service will be running under administartor's account.
When I run my application from inside xBase as RunShell my applications have
no windows. I want to create a dll do call it from xBase and use API
CreateProcces() function.
What values do I have to set in STARTUP_INFO to make my app visible.
