Sleep() header file...

Hi,

Here I have two questions

1> Is there any difference between sleep(...) and Sleep(...)

2> Als I am programming using VC++ 6.0 ...so which implementation
should I use...means what is the header file..currently I am using
Sleep(...) and have incldued <windows.h>

Is it necessary to include <windows.h> just for using Sleep(...)
function from it....

Help reqeuested
Thanks..
