I have a dump file generated by Dr. Watson. The executable that crashed was
built as debug, so all debugging information should be available.

VC++ 6.0 insists on opening the .dmp as a simple binary file. How may I get
the .dmp loaded up in the debugger, so that I may view the stack, check
variable values at different levels in the stack, etc?
