MSVC(Ent2003) stopped evaluating changes made to code

I've been always debugging my apps in "Minimal Rebuild - Yes" mode. Right
now if I change something within my code (I'm not talking about run-time
changes you can make and apply them via Alt+F10), and compile my project, no
changes are applied. So in fact, after updating something in one file i need
to recompile all project so changes take effect.

I tried to recreate the project but that didn't help, as a temporary
solution (I hope :) ) i turned "Minimal Rebuild" to "No", maybe someone
knows more elegant way to resolve this?

Thanks beforehand,

Roman
