Yup. I do wish VS6.0 would use the latest MSDN library so I wouldn't have to
keep them both (though to be honest I prefer the older one).

I don't think it is a critical issue to the OP because, by and large, mouse
clicks bring windows to the fore. He claims that capturing the mouse with
the button down doesn't behave as described.
