Edit the autocomplate entries

I want to be able to edit the autocomplate (for web forms) entries that are
kipped in the reg: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW.
Is there a way to decrypt open those keys by code?
