Class wizard file problem

I use VC 6.0
In my new version I encounter crash after some operation.
Some investigation reveals that the new version is differ from the previous
only in the class wizard file and all the sources are identical. Deleting
the clw file and creating a new one makes no change, and the problem
persists.

Does anyone has any idea how could the clw file differ if the sources are
the same?

Is there any solution?
