A Question about creating custom AppWizard??

Hello, everyone.
Could you give me some advice.

I made a custom AppWizard, but there is one problem.
My custom AppWizard create files to below path,
"Project Name" TestApp
"Locatiom" C:\Test\
'C:\Test\TestApp\TestApp.dsw'

But I want to make one more subdirectory like this.
"Project Name" TestApp
"Locatiom" C:\Test\
'C:\Test\TestApp\TestApp\TestApp.dsw'

Is it possible?
How can I create a subDirectory and changed the path of the dsw file.
