I hate the way Microsoft changed how to dock various toolbars in the IDE.
I click on the blue strip at the top of the tool (such as the Properties
tool box) and the IDE displays a bunch of arrows. What are those arrows
for? I can't get the properties dialog to dock on the right side of the
IDE window.
The arrows are dock drop targets. Begin dragging the window you want to
dock, and just move your mouse over to the right-pointing arrow in the
middle, or the one on the right. Let go and it should dock, as indicated by
a transparent outline while your mouse button is still held down.
If you already have some windows open and not auto-hidden at the edge, you
can just move the window directly in with those, ignoring the arrow targets.
