MFC80UD.DLL was not found

Hi,
A question.
We have a UNICODE project in which there is one main exe project rest
(around 30) are dll projects.
The project is a MFC + STL and is being developed in .NET 7.1.
We did a build of this project in VS2005 Beta 2, it built successfully
without any errors.
But when we tried to execute the exe the following message appears.

Systat.exe - Unable To Locate Component
---------------------------
This application has failed to start because MFC80UD.DLL was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
"
This dll is found in the following location on my machine
"C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.VC80.DebugMFC_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50215.4652_x-ww_72136678".
I have done a VC++ only installation from VS2005 Beta2 DVD.
Can u help me.
