Convert VC6 workspace to VC7

hi,

I am looking for a tool which can convert VC6 dsw files to VC7 sln files. I
have picked up the script which converts dsp files to vcproj. I need to do
this via a batch file so I can't load the files into the IDE. Can anyone help?
