headless, diskless debugging

I have XP Embedded systems that are headless and diskless (XP Embedded ==
Componentized XP Pro with ability to trim the OS for small footprint).
There are occasional, unpredictable resets which I assume would manifest
themselves as blue screens if there were a monitor. How can get debug
information out of these systems, i.e. across a network? I've directed my
question to this NG after getting no responses in the windowsxp.embedded NG.
